Sanjay Patel, originally from Gujarat, India, has lived the American dream, growing up in Elizabeth City, NC, and Newport News, VA. As the founder and managing partner of Cascades Property Solutions, LLC, he has overseen investments in over 800 properties and 1.6 million square feet of retail space valued at over $300 million. With a successful 26-year career as a Software Engineer/Product Manager/Data Scientist, Sanjay earned two patents and developed a premier fleet tracking system. In his personal life, he is an active scout leader and enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time with his family.
